Hello guys welcome to Malaysia Treats. Today we are going to learn how to cook sambal terung. Sambal Terung is one of the Malaysian food. It is quite traditional and quite spicy. "Terung" in English is "Brinjal" or if you are looking for the smaller yet fatter version of it, "egg plant". Now without any further interruption, enjoy cooking!
Ingredients:
Method:
1. First fry the brinjal until brown. Put it aside.
2. Heat up the oil. Stir fry the garlic and onion.
3. Then add the dry chili and dry prawn. Stir it.
4. Then add in brinjal. Stir and add water.
