Tosai |
Ingredients:
- 1 kg Indian boiled rice (soaked for 3 hours)
- 250gm normal rice (soaked for 3 hours)
- 100gm vigna mungo (a kind of Dal normally made in an Indian shop)
- 2 tablespoons fenugreek
- 1,250ml water
- 1 teaspoon salt
Method:
- First, add the Indian rice, normal rice, vigna mungo and salt inside a container with water. Put it aside and leave it for four hours.
- After four hours of being patient, heat up the oil and put a bit inside shaped like a flat circle like a real Dosa.
- Once it turns yellow -- you.can now put it out.from the pot.
- Serve while hot with Dal or curry
