Dosa

Hello everyone and welcome back to cooking class with Malaysia Treats!I'm glad to see you guys here for recipes and we got some! Today we got some more Indian food which also any other can eat and that my friend. is what we call Dosa. Dosa is some sort of bread that Indian normally eats because it's one of their traditional food. I'm sure you heard about that, right? So look below for the recipe and soon we can have it!!!

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg Indian boiled rice (soaked for 3 hours)
  • 250gm normal rice (soaked for 3 hours)
  • 100gm vigna mungo (a kind of Dal normally made in an Indian shop)
  • 2 tablespoons fenugreek
  • 1,250ml water
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Method:

  1. First, add the Indian rice, normal rice, vigna mungo and salt inside a container with water. Put it aside and leave it for four hours.
  2. After four hours of being patient, heat up the oil and put a bit inside shaped like a flat circle like a real Dosa.
  3. Once it turns yellow -- you.can now put it out.from the pot.
  4. Serve while hot with Dal or curry
