Method:
- Gather along all the ingredients and put every single one of them that is listed in the ingredients into a bowl. Mix the ingredients until it becomes dough. Leave it to settle for an hour.
- After an hour, get a small piece of dough and roll them into small ping-pong balls and then flatten them.
- Heat up the oil in the pan without the using of oil. After the pan is hot, you can fry the chapati dough until the colour of it changes to yellow. Do it on both sides.
- Last but not least, it can be lift up and put it on a plate and serve hot.
