It is Kurma Chicken one of a traditional food for Malaysians so let's celebrate! I hope after these steps you'll remember all these stuff and it's not even that hard! Enjoy!

Ingredients:
- Chicken (as much as you want)
- 6 slices red onion (peeled)
- 3 slices garlic (peeled)
- 2.5cm ginger (peeled)
- 3 pieces clove
- 3 tablespoons kurma powder
- 500ml coconut milk
- Salt (according to your taste)
- Oil (for stir fry)
Method:
- Crush the garlic, ginger and onion together using a mortar and pestle.
- Stir the kurma powder with water.
- Now heat up the oil in the wok and stir fry the clove spice and the things that yo have crushed until the smell risen.
- After that add in the kurma powder and add in water.
- Now you can add in the coconut milk. Stir.
- When it starts bubbling, add in the chicken and add salt to your taste. Leave it to cook while stiring slowly.
- When the gravy is already thick enough and the chicken is cooked well, you can now turn off the stove and serve.
